Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introductory counselling sessions are free of charge. You may reschedule or cancel them at any time at no cost.

For paid coaching programs, a full refund of the course fee, less any non-refundable registration or admission charge, is available if you request cancellation within 7 calendar days of payment and have attended no more than 3 live sessions.

Between 8 and 30 days of enrolment, a pro-rata refund is offered for the unused portion of the program, after deducting sessions attended, study material issued and applicable administrative charges.

After 30 days of enrolment, or once more than 25% of the program has been delivered, fees are non-refundable.

Registration and admission charges, printed or shipped study material, test-series access already activated, and third-party fees such as examination or application fees are non-refundable.

If we cancel a batch or are unable to deliver a program you have paid for, you will receive a full refund of the fees paid for the undelivered portion, or the option to transfer to another batch.

You may request a one-time transfer to a later batch within the same academic cycle instead of a refund, subject to seat availability and a nominal transfer charge.

Email Info@ApticubeTestprep.com from the address used at enrolment with the student name, program, payment reference and reason for the request. Verbal requests are not processed.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval and credited to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 working days to reflect the amount.

Any dispute regarding fees or refunds will first be addressed through good-faith discussion with our admissions team, and is otherwise subject to the governing law stated in our Terms and Conditions.
